- Account Data: Email address and profile information via Google or Email login.
- Document Data: The text of the contracts you upload for analysis.
- Payment Data: We do not store credit card info; all payments are handled securely by Stripe.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data strictly to provide the contract analysis.
IMPORTANT: We DO NOT use your uploaded contract data to train our AI models or any third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
3. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Uploaded Contracts: To protect your privacy, all uploaded documents and generated reports are automatically deleted from our active processing servers within 24 hours of analysis.
- Account Info: Retained as long as your account is active.
4. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
We share your data with trusted partners only to provide the service:
- AI Processing: OpenAI/Anthropic via API (data is not used for training).
- Payment: Stripe.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel/Supabase.
