1. BINDING AGREEMENT

By using ContractGuard AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. NOT LEGAL ADVICE (CRITICAL)

ContractGuard AI provides an AI-driven text analysis tool designed for communication support. WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE OR LEGAL REPRESENTATION.

• The AI-generated reports are for informational purposes only.
• The Service is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
• No attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this Service.
• You should consult a licensed attorney for any major legal decisions.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for the contracts you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload such documents. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes.

4. PAYMENT AND CREDITS

• Pricing: We offer pay-as-you-go credit packs.
• Expiration: All purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits after this period will be forfeited.
• Refunds: We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs. Once your refund request is received, we will process it immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTGUARD AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR LEGAL LOSSES) ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON OUR AI REPORTS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide a 30-day notice to active users. Service may be discontinued with a 30-day notice, during which users must utilize remaining credits.
